Who we are

A China-side sourcing partner, defined by what we won't claim

ChinaBridge Sourcing exists to give overseas B2B buyers a professional, reliable, transparent and flexible coordination point across China's manufacturing supply chain.

Who you'll be working with

I'm Tracy. When you work with ChinaBridge, you work with me.

Tracy, founder of ChinaBridge Sourcing, based in Shenzhen

I'm based in Shenzhen, and I've spent twelve years on LED display projects in China. The whole cycle: finding the customer, sourcing the product, writing the proposal, negotiating the deal, running the project, and handling what happens after delivery. I run ChinaBridge Sourcing, and I'm the person who will actually handle your project — not a sales team, not a handover to someone you never spoke to.

Twelve years of that puts me on both sides of the table — in front of customers explaining where the cost actually goes, and in front of factories arguing about the quotation. My clients were domestic, but the job is the same job: talking to factories, reading quotations, chasing production dates, and dealing with the problems that only surface after the goods arrive.

It also teaches you things a supplier will never tell you — which quotations are padded, which certificates actually matter, and which problems are simply waiting to happen two months after shipment.

What I've learned is that most overseas buyers don't have a supplier problem. They have a visibility problem. Anyone can find a list of factories. What's hard is knowing which quotation is real, which certificate matters, and whether the production you paid for is the production you're getting. That gap is the reason ChinaBridge exists.

How I would want a partner to work, if I were the one buying from China

  • Scope and fees in writing before any work begins.
  • Factory cost and my fee kept separate — you always see what the factory charged and what I charged.
  • Honest reporting, including bad news. I would rather turn down a project than take on one I can't deliver.

What we are

We are a sourcing partner based in China, working on behalf of overseas companies that buy physical products. Our role is coordination: finding and vetting suppliers, comparing quotations, following production, arranging inspection coordination and supporting logistics.

We work in China time zones, in Chinese and in English, so your suppliers and your own team don't have to rely on guesswork to understand each other.

What we are not

We are not a factory, a trading company that hides its margins, or an agent who only forwards emails. We are not a freight forwarder or an inspection company — we coordinate with them. And we are not a website with invented credibility: no fake client logos, no made-up certifications, no imagined success stories.

Our operating principles

  • Professional: written scope, defined deliverables, documented decisions at every stage.
  • Reliable: we do what we agreed, on the timeline we agreed, and we report problems honestly.
  • Transparent: supplier names, quotations and costs are shared openly; fees are agreed in writing before work begins.
  • Flexible: engagements are sized to your product and stage — one quotation check or a full production program.

An honest placeholder policy

Client work, case studies and project examples will be published on this site only when they are real, client-approved and verified. Until then, you will see structure — not fiction.

What we commit to

In every engagement, in writing

Written scope

Before we start, you receive a written scope: what we will deliver, what we won't, and exactly how fees are calculated.

Open supplier information

Supplier names and quotations are shared openly. We do not earn undisclosed margins that inflate your price.

No invented results

We publish only verified facts. If we cannot evidence something, we say so instead of dressing it up.
